Mariella Thamara Pollo is a dedicated dog boarder and trainer who has a strong passion for all animals and nature. She believes that establishing a natural routine can significantly enhance well-being and performance for people, whether they have dogs or not.

Her journey began with dog walking and boarding multiple dogs for different owners. Growing up, Mariella had dogs as pets, and her family in Brazil currently has six dogs and one cat.

 Over the past four years, Mariella has assisted many dog owners in improving their dogs' behaviour through socialisation techniques. She is a 5-star rated home boarder recognised by the council and has successfully generated £12,000 per month from her business.

Before launching her dog boarding business in Northwest London, Mariella worked in property management in London. In 2010, she founded a successful start-up in Brazil that compared broadband, mobile, and paid TV services. She received investments from four investors and sold 70% of the company to a corporate group. Unfortunately, this group went into administration in 2016, leading Mariella to lose everything, and her business partner disappeared. She then became a tech strategy consultant but faced limitations, as she could not operate or have assets under her name in her home country.

Mariella aims to publish "The Guide to Caring for Multiple Dogs Professionally," which will provide training shortcuts that, had she known about them earlier, would have saved her time and money while reducing stress. The guide will also include real case studies to help readers quickly start their journey, whether for earning extra income or considering a career change.
